Annali helped me sell my house in a difficult market and was able to get what we wanted for the sale price of the house. She also assisted in getting items repaired pre-sale inexpensively which were required by the inspection. I was out of state and she handled everything. She also made several trips to the house to check on it for us as well as holding some of the items we had left behind until we could make a return trip. Thanks Annali! - Jim
As a first time home buyer, there were a lot of details that went into purchasing a house. My Deeb Real Estate Agent Annali Babko was there for every step, and never hesitated to explain certain policies/procedure or answer personal questions. As we were facing the upcoming deadline for the tax credit, Annali devoted extra time to taking me to view all the houses I wanted to see, not once but two or three times, in some cases. Annali was extremely understanding in the specific features I was looking for, and never made me feel like the things on my "want" list were impossible. In the end, Annali and the rest of the Deeb company helped me get the house I wanted and provided me with the resources to get through the financially heavy buying process. - Jessica
