How long have you been in business?
We opened our store at the present location in October of 2007. We're excited to be in Omaha!
What is your primary product or service?
Our talented designers work with you using tailor-made furniture and unique accessories to create a room and a home that you're proud of and love to spend time in.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Brooke grew up in the furniture business. Before opening the store she worked for various companies in Minneapolis including UPS and Target Corporation.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have the best custom furniture program in Iowa. We have over 5,000 fabrics on our wall and thousands more in the back room. Our selection of furniture styles is huge and most importantly our designers are talented and caring. Our passion is to delight you.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one store in Omaha and one store (named by Design) in Des Moines.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our store is located on the west side of 72nd Street between Pacific and Dodge. (Right next to that big store!)
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks, Cash and Mastercard and Visa. We also offer financing through Wells Fargo Finance.
Which areas do you service?
Our primary market is Omaha, Council Bluffs and the surrounding areas of Nebraska and Iowa.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We Are A Family Owned And Operated Business.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open the following hours: Monday through Friday 10:00am till 6:00pm. Saturday 10:00am till 5:00pm. Sunday 12:00pm till 5:00pm. We're closed Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I Love My Room. By Design Made It Do Much Fun!
