How long have you been in business?
Company began in 1998; with the addition of the handyman service in 2002.
What is your primary product or service?
Property Management
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I took a real estate law class while getting a paralegal degree and loved it. I then worked for several management and development companies and wanted to do it on my own.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I enjoy working with associations and properties to put an emphasis on customer service. We are a smaller company that does not see the client as just a dollar figure, but one to build relationships, this is the key to success.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
There is only one location. We are able to service the entire Omaha metro area from this central location.

Located on 90th street just North of Harrison and South of Q St. Easy access from anywhere.
What type of payments do you accept?
ACH(automatic withdrawal of bank account), check or money order, bill pay
